If you follow me on Instagram, you already know that I wore this outfit out to dinner this past Saturday, and that I scooped up this top at Forever 21 while I was out and about shopping with my Momma that afternoon. However, what you don't know, is that I also got these jeans at Forever 21...don't they look pretty legitimate?! I was actually so impressed by them that I bought two pairs for good measure, heheh. At $7.80, you don't have to think too hard about getting more than one pair. Now, to provide some validity to my above statements regarding the Forever 21 jeans, I'd like to add that I can be quite the snob when it comes to jeans (my muscular legs have made finding the perfect pair of jeans a real challenge, and I've literally tried on every designer jean out there). For goodness sakes, in college, my best friend and I would pocket all of the money that our Moms gave us for groceries (sorry, Mom), and we would live off of frozen pierogis just so we could go to Nordstrom Rack at the end of every month and buy the latest pair of designer jeans (think back to the obnoxious pockets trend... i.e., Rock & Republic, True Religion, etc.)! Anyways, sorry for the tangent. What I'm really trying to say is that you should do yourself a favor, and check these skinny jeans out, because I think you'll be surprised :)
Oh, and PS - right after I got done taking these photos, my husband told me my fly had been down the whole time... hope you can't tell, hehehe!! #blooper
