Happy Friday! Can you tell I'm already thinking about the 4th of July - my absolute favorite holiday?! Every year for the fourth, my husband and I (and Brutus, of course) go to my parents house in Wayzata, MN (a suburb of Minneapolis), where they have a house on Lake Minnetonka. It's always such a relaxing weekend - with much of our time spent on the lake soaking up the warm sun and competing in extreme tubing competitions (hehehe...true story).
While I spend the majority of my days in a bathing suit and swim cover-up (scroll the images below to see the cute bathing suit I got from Old Navy), I love cute, flowly maxi dresses for the evenings, and I've already got this outfit packed for next week! Like our days, our evenings are very relaxed. Jason and I love to stroll through downtown Wayzata, which is situated on the shores of Lake Minnetonka, and enjoy the picturesque setting (and maybe a double-scoop coffee ice cream cone from the local ice cream shop ;) Gosh, I'm getting so excited just talking about it (the trip... not the coffee ice cream, hehehe)!
