Happy Hump Day! I wore this pair of cropped pants yesterday to work. While I've had these pants for a couple of months now, and I've worn them several times with various white or light colored tank tops, I hadn't yet worn them with a black colored top. As I mentioned in a previous posts, I'm trying to transition my summer wardrobe to one more suitable for cooler temps. By pairing these bright floral pants with this black, long sleeve blouse, I think I was able to create a look more appropriate for a cool, late-summer day. To keep the overall feel of this outfit light and fun (because it IS still summer), I decided to wear a pair of nude pumps.
As for Brutus, how cute is he?! Since it was National Dog Day yesterday (and we took these photos right after work), I thought it was only appropriate to have him in the photos :)
